Dear friends,
We have great news. The team of students from KIMEP´s Law School took part in a small Private International Law Competition organised by KazNu and which took place last Friday 2 December, at KazNu´s school of international relations.
The competition consisted of questions and case studies on international civil litigation: disputes between companies or individulas from several countries and heard by the courts of Kazakhstan. Our team won the second place.
Our team said that it had been a very good experience and that they had learnt a lot.
