Global Leadership Forum: One Belt One Road: China and Central Asia by Eyck Freymann

On March 18, we invite you to the next Global Leadership Forum session, where Eyck Freymann, the author of One Belt One Road: Chinese Power Meets the World (Harvard, 2020), will speak on the topic of “One Belt One Road: China and Central Asia”.

Eyck Freymann is Director of Indo-Pacific at Greenmantle, an investment strategy and advisory firm, and a DPhil candidate in China Studies at the University of Oxford. He holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Henry Scholar; an AM in Asian Studies from Harvard University, where he won the Joseph Fletcher Memorial Prize for best thesis; and an AB in East Asian History with the highest honours from Harvard College. He was previously a research assistant to Graham Allison, Niall Ferguson, and Shi Zhiqin at Harvard, Stanford, and Tsinghua Universities. His research and commentary have appeared in the New York Times, The Atlantic, The Economist, Foreign Affairs, and Foreign Policy.
