Dinara Pisareva is a Ph.D. holder from the Australian National University. Her current research interests lie in the field of applied political science. In particular she is interested in experimental study of whether and under what conditions it is possible to have effective policy outcomes in non-democratic institutional settings. Her research expertise includes authoritarian violence, social movements, and democratization.
